Harrison Cyber needed a website that could clearly communicate complex cybersecurity services to a diverse audience ranging from technical experts to non-technical business decision-makers, while also positioning the company as credible and scalable. The website needed to effectively showcase the company's expertise and build trust with potential clients.

Nearly every VR mindfulness study defaulted to nature environments without questioning why. I built three environments in Unity, ran 12 participants through a within-subjects study, and found that environment type mattered less than how mentally engaged someone was — generating four hypotheses for confirmatory research.

Students avoided RIT's booking portal because the flow was organized around the backend, not how people think. A heuristic evaluation and JTBD mapping identified four overlapping failures, which grounded a redesign of five screens — yielding a 30% directional SUS improvement.

A moderated usability study on the live EagleView site uncovered four compounding issues — a hidden order button, inaccessible plan language, no checkout progress indicators, and a confusing static map — with content and language as the primary barrier across both user groups.
